Patrick Lamb is a seasoned litigation attorney with extensive experience in the areas of criminal defense and post conviction relief matters. Patrick joined KAPLAN AND KAPLAN in 2021 after working for 10 years as a prosecutor. Patrick started his career as a trial lawyer with the Chittenden County State’s Attorney’ Office where he was the lead prosecutor in numerous jury trials. Patrick also worked as an Assistant Attorney General with the Vermont Attorney General’s Office. Patrick has participated in prosecuting and defending the full range of criminal cases from murder and sexual assault to minor driving infractions. Patrick has extensive experience both prosecuting and defending cases of impaired driving.
Patrick graduated from Georgetown University in 2004. In 2010, Patrick attained his Juris Doctor degree from Villanova Law School.
Patrick a lifelong resident of Vermont having been raised in Chittenden County, where he resides to this day. Patrick has particular interests in sports, history, literature and film.
